Frequently Asked Questions:
1 / What is a concierge visit?
A concierge visit brings high-quality medical care directly to you - at home, work, or wherever you are most comfortable. Instead of waiting in a clinic or urgent care, our nurse/nurse practitioner comes to you to provide personalized care, on your schedule.
2 / What is IV hydration therapy?
IV hydration therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream through a small IV line. This allows for faster and more effective absorption than oral supplements, helping you feel better, quicker. All infusions & injections are administered by licensed nurses/nurse practitioners experienced in IV therapy. Your safety & comfort are always our top priorities.
3 / Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we are self-pay and do not bill insurance, but we can provide an itemized receipt if you wish to submit for potential reimbursement through your plan or HSA/FSA. Payment is collected at the time of booking, and we accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and online payment through our booking system. A preauthorization hold will be placed on your card until the Telehealth consultation is completed & the service is approved.
4 / What can I expect during my appointment?
Your nurse will review your health history, vital signs, and wellness goals. After assessing your needs, your IV or injection will be administered in a comfortable setting. You can relax, read, or use your phone while your drip runs. Most IV drips take about 45-60 minutes once the IV is started. NAD+ infusions may take longer, depending on the dose and rate of infusion.
5 / Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. IV therapy is generally safe for healthy adults. All IVs are performed by experienced nurses/nurse practitioners using sterile, medical-grade supplies & ingredients sourced from licensed pharmacies. We follow strict safety protocols just like in a clinical setting. NOTE: Clients with certain heart, kidney, or liver conditions may need to consult their healthcare provider first. During your intake, we'll review your medical history to ensure IV therapy is appropriate for you,.
6 / Where do you provide mobile services?
We serve Dothan, Alabama and the surrounding Wiregrass area. We bring everything to you - your home, office, gym, hotel. or event. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, just reach out - we'll let you know if we can come to you or arrange a nearby location.
7 / How does the initial consultation via Telehealth work?
Facetime, Google Duo, etc.

8 / How do sick visits/urgent care visits work?
